Spring 2019 - Changes to Master's Thesis Submission procedure:

The library will no longer require a printed copy for Archival purposes. As of the spring 2019 semester,  all students are required to submit an approved electronic copy of completed thesis using the instructions provided on the tab above.

Depending on the departmental requirements, students may also be required to submit paper copies for physical binding to the library. Additional paper/bindery submission procedures are noted on the designated tab above.

The following procedures are to be followed for submitting a master's thesis for binding and publishing to the University digital archives.

Electronic files must be:

  • Final thesis committee approved copy, with advisor and committee names typed (no signatures)
  • PDF document file type


Students will visit -

  • Complete all required fields as noted
  • Upload PDF file to designated area

** Failure to complete form with correct information or submission of a non-PDF file will result in thesis not being processed.

Nursing Students will give all copies to department secretary.

Instructions for Engineering students submitting paper copies for binding:

  • Bring all copies for binding with you to the appointment
  • Student copies are bound at a cost of $20. Payment by check or money order made payable to: Gannon University is due upon submission of paper copies.
  • All bound copies will be returned to the department secretary or designated faculty member for delivery to student.
