Master's Thesis Submission procedure:

The library will no longer require a printed copy for Archival purposes. As of the spring 2019 semester,  all students are required to submit an approved electronic copy of completed thesis using the instructions provided on the tab above.

Individuals or departments wishing to obtain information concerning personal bindery of a thesis document should contact Jessica Mando, Digital Collections Librarian at mando005@gannon.edu

The following procedures are to be followed for submitting a master's thesis for binding and publishing to the University digital archives.

Electronic files must be:

  • Final thesis committee approved copy, with advisor and committee names typed (no signatures)
  • PDF document file type

 

Students will visit - Thesis Submission

  • Complete all required fields as noted
  • Upload PDF file to designated area

** Failure to complete form with correct information or submission of a non-PDF file will result in thesis not being processed.
