Getting Started

Materials from Other Libraries

We understand that Nash Library does not provide access to all available articles or books that you may need for your research.
The library provides several services for obtaining books or articles you need for your research.

Please be advised

The library IS NOT able to provide
textbooks using these services.

Attention all Users:

Please do not request the same book from both ILLiad and EZBorrow. When making requests, be sure to only request one copy of a title.

Effective 1/23/2024 - Individuals requesting multiple copies from one or both services will have their account frozen and not be able to request additional materials for the current semester.

If you have any questions about either program, please use the contact information below.

What is Interlibrary Loan?

Interlibrary loan (ILL) is a service for Gannon students and faculty used to request articles not available in full text in our resources, books, or book chapters from other libraries from across the U.S. and around the world.

Account Access:

The service uses the ILLiad system allowing Gannon users to create a unique account for making requests. All communications are done electronically using existing Gannon email accounts.

Visit the Interlibrary Loan page or the ILL tutorial for more information.

What is EZBorrow?

EZBorrow is an interlibrary loan service for finding and borrowing books from over 60 PALCI partner libraries located in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, and West Virginia
