Details for Ruskin students using Library Resources

Many students in our health science programs utilize the PubMed database provided by the US National Library of Medicine, National Institutes of Health.

Some helpful tips when using Pubmed:

  • Most PubMed content requires subscription for access to full text
  • PubMed includes both journals and online book results
  • Users can create an account to filter results to items provided by Gannon/NLSLC subscriptions.
  • Journal articles not available via a library subscription can be requested through our Inter-library Loan service. (See Inter-library Loan tab for more details.)
